All events and exhibitions that take place at Holyrood have the key objective of creating opportunities for public participation and engagement and inform the work of the Parliament and its Members. Please note events take place in rooms and foyer areas that at other times are used for parliamentary business.

If you would like to request a Member-sponsored event or exhibition; please complete and return the Event Request Form or Exhibition Request Form. We advise all event and exhibition organisers to make themselves familiar with the event guidance and criteria above before completing either form.
