Community Care and Health (Scotland) Act 2002 (Transitional Provisions) Order 2003 (SSI 2003/63) We might like to ask the Executive why the italic headnote to the order gives 28 February 2003 as the date on which the order will come into force when article 1 states that it comes into force in May 2003. That seems to be a discrepancy.
