Children's Hearings System - Taking Stock of Recent Reforms

At the other end of the age spectrum - young people between 16 and 18 years of age - CELCIS and the Centre for Youth and Criminal Justice suggest that there are also problems, particularly after a termination of a Community Supervision Order (CSOs) on or around the individual's 16th birthday.
