My priority is to expand access to andparticipation in cultural activity. I will consider the evidence ofpre-existing initiatives, such as the Cultural Pathfinder projects, and theresponses to the consultation on the Draft Culture (Scotland) Bill.
To ask the Scottish Executive how it intends to extend the role of pharmacists in more pro-active healthcare as well as the dispensing of methadone in the treatment of people with a drug addiction.
We should accept the significant stature of Lord Carloway and allow him to get on with his difficult job, which we expect him to deal with as expeditiously as possible given its critical nature in our criminal justice system.
That is the mitigation scheme, on which work is being done.The suggestion is that we continue with the petition until we get further information about mitigation.
It would be helpful—certainly for me and perhaps for other committee members—to get an update from the Government on how it seeks to address the cumulative impact of regulation.
