I accept your point about potential difficulties, but we need to consider how many organisations that receive grants of £10,000 or £20,000 from local authorities provide a good service in mental health advice, helping people to access benefits or supporting people.When the head of a small organisation that helps women with their mental health attended our recent parliamentary reception, she expanded on what that organisation does and the women whom it helps.
