One such example is the janny's hoose healthy living centre in Inverness, which is one of three such centres in Highland that promote healthy living in some of the region's most excluded areas.
This means stripping out other factors are also involved such as the state of the labour market, standards of living, etc.
Using these studies to predict future behavioural responses is problematic.

We have no plans to extend HMO licensing to holiday accommodation, where the occupants are merely visiting an area, not living and working there. Such regulation would have a considerable impact on the tourism sector.
