I recently had a look at the CICA’s customer charter and was somewhat surprised that the body contacts applicants only when it needs information or has made a decision.
As I mentioned in my previous answer, there has already been ministerial contact with senior representatives from CJ Lang and the Post Office, but we will make sure that those contacts continue and bring people together to explore what is possible.
Clause 8(2) states that goods are put at a disadvantage "if it is made in any way more difficult, or less attractive, to sell or buy the goods or do anything in connection with their sale than if the requirement did not apply".
