Even after this letter if sent, if the family feel they still require an appointment, they can contact the service within 4 weeks and will be offered an appointment.
It will scrutinise the order anyway, but it is worthwhile highlighting the issue. I agree that it is right to contact the lead committee about that, so I am happy with that suggestion.
As Susanne Millar explained with reference to the Park Inn incident, the local authority would not have had much contact with individuals in that hotel.
Vulnerable People in the Justice System (Support) To ask the Scottish Government what support is available for people in contact with the justice system who may be dealing with vulnerabilities such as mental health issues, problematic substance use or homelessness.
We can make sure that those people are contacted, that we visit them and that we have contact details of families or neighbours so that we can ensure that we know that everybody is safe.
