The Scottish Government is committed to improving the lived experiences of young people who require additional support and listening to what matters to them.
As the law currently stands, a Scottish SPCA inspector responding to the case of a live animal caught in an illegally set trap is not able to seize any other illegal traps in the immediate vicinity that do not contain live animals.
