Stage 1 report on the Natural Environment (Scotland) Bill - Background on the Bill

This power could be used to amend the relevant legislation for the purposes of alignment with EU law, but it will sunset, or expire, on 29 March 2027.  The 2021 Continuity Act does provide provision, however, for this to be extended up to, but not later than, 29 March 2031.
