Explanatory Notes Civil Litigation (Expenses and Group Proceedings) (Scotland) Bill

Section 10 requires that a party receiving financial assistance from another person who has a financial interest in, but is not a party to, the proceedings must disclose to the court the identity of the funder, details of the assistance being provided and the funder’s financial interest.
