To ask the Scottish Government what responsibility private landlords have for the conduct of their tenants. Under Part 7 of the Antisocial Behaviour etc. (Scotland) Act 2004 a local authority may serve an antisocial behaviour notice on landlords where an occupant or visitor to a house let by the landlord engages in antisocial behaviour at or in the locality of the house.
