The Scottish Government, remains opposed to detaining any children of asylum seekers anywhere in the UK, including those who may be transferred from Scotland, and urge the UK Government to end this practice immediately.

To ask the Scottish Government what enforcement action is available to the Scottish Environment Protection Agency when waste transfer stations fail to meet licence conditions.
It has been agreed with the Chief Secretary to the Treasury that the Scottish Government will transfer £3.9 million to the Big Fund once the 2012-13 Block Grant has been augmented by this sum.
