To ask the Scottish Government how many tonnes of (a) lumpfish and (b) wrasse were output from hatcheries in Scotland in the last five years or for the latest years for which data is available, and what information it holds on how this compares with equivalent data for England and Wales.
To achieve that, we must invest in traditional building and maintenance skills, and we must bring the benefits of new apprenticeships, new research and new techniques to some of our oldest buildings.
In 2015-16, Scottish Government support for new build through the Affordable Housing Supply Programme is estimated to have leveraged over £0.5bn of investment to build 4,418 new homes, supporting over 6,000 construction and related jobs in Scotland.
