Prescription (Scotland) Bill - What section 13 says
Section 13 of the Bill makes clear that an agreement in a contract to remove or shorten a statutory period of prescription in the 1973 Act would be invalid (according to what would be the new section 13(4)).iiThe new 13(4) covers two year prescription, five year prescription and twenty year prescription (found in section 6, 7, 8 and 8A of the 1973 Act.)

Her response is as follows: It is not yet possible to confirm a date for when physical prison visits will resume. SPS has however now published its Operational Planning Route Map which sets out the criteria for how we will seek to reintroduce elements of our regimes, including prison visits.
