To ask the Scottish Government what the total transaction value of all publicly-owned land disposed to the private sector was in each of the last 10 years.
The DPLRC also recommends that this power's exercise should be subject to the super affirmative procedure. The Scottish Government intends to use this power to create regulations to establish the Care Leaver Payment in the first instance.
