It is our intention to develop collaboratively with partners, a No One Left Behind multi-year Strategic Plan 2023- 26 that will map out the future journey indicating key milestones.
Across the Parliament, we all agree on the importance of infrastructure investment, not just in creating and supporting jobs and economic growth today, but to ensure that Scotland’s asset base is in place to support the economy of our communities well into the future. The 2025-26 Scottish budget sets out more than £7 billion of capital spending to eliminate child poverty, grasp the opportunities of net zero, boost economic growth through our infrastructure plans and maintain high-quality public services and infrastructure.
