The irresponsible suggestions from others that we should transfer responsibility to others by not taking responsibility ourselves might be consistent with the approach that they take on other issues, but they are wrong, because the best way to deal with the matter is to take it seriously and to stay within the law, but to push for the best possible outcome for Scotland.
