My colleague Ted Brocklebank found the visit moving and interesting, given that it was his first visit to the area.It is important and appropriate that the Parliament highlights our concerns on this issue following last week's world poverty day.
However, the critical point that people should take from the debate is that we have new powers and new investment. We will use those powers to their full extent.
