Our inquiry centres around the events of last year and 1999; in particular 26 July 1999, when the commercial company that is involved in the project had to take out an arrestment warrant—a situation that no one wanted.
If I may say so, that is a very good idea and would ventilate the issues when they are new. Occasional agenda items along those lines would be helpful.
