To ask the Scottish Executive whether it intends to detrunk the A90 in the City of Aberdeen on completion of the Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route and, if so, whether it intends to do so immediately following the opening of the new trunk road. The existing A90 between Charleston and Blackdog will be de-trunked on 1 April after the date on which the new special roads and trunk roads of the Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route are all open.
