Alcohol and Drugs To ask the First Minister what steps the Scottish Government is taking to reduce the damage caused by alcohol and drugs by 50 per cent before 2025. (S3F-889) The publication of our new drugs strategy, "The Road to Recovery: A New Approach to Tackling Scotland's Drug Problem", on 29 May marked the beginning of a new era of tackling drug misuse in Scotland.
