Tobacco and Primary Medical Services (Scotland) Bill (“the Bill”) was introduced by Nicola Sturgeon MSP, Cabinet Secretary for Health and Wellbeing, on 25 February 2009. Under Rule 9.6 of the Parliament’s Standing Orders, it is for the lead committee to report to the Parliament on the general principles of the Bill.
