In January 2013, the RACCE Committee, along with the Economy, Energy and Tourism Committee, the Infrastructure and Capital Investment Committee and the Local Government and Regeneration Committee underook a review of the draft second Report on Proposals and Policies (RPP2).  Please follow this link for further details of the RACCE Committee work as part of the initial review:

The Committee took evidence from stakeholders and the Minister on the implementation of RPP2 and delivery of Scotland’s climate change targets in October 2014. The Committee considered the oral and written evidence and wrote to the Scottish Government on the issue.

Mandatory Public Sector Climate Reporting

In April 2015, the Committee agreed to take evidence on the Scottish Government's consultation on mandatory climate emissions reporting by public sector bodies ahead of the summer recess.
