The Committee conducted an inquiry on the issue of Scottish Parliament representation on the Committee of the Regions (CoR).
A letter from the Presiding Officer solicited the views of the Committee on the proposal that in future, ‘all Scottish places on the UK delegation should be taken up by local authority representatives instead of including nominees from the Scottish Parliament’.
