About the Inquiry
In its letter to the Permanent Secretary dated 30 April, the Committee sought information from the Scottish Government in relation to the development, formulation and implementation of the policy on the handling of harassment complaints involving current or former ministers. The following evidence from the Scottish Government has been published in line with the Committee's written statement on handling of evidence.
The Committee also requested from the Scottish Government a written statement with an overview of the process involved in the development, formulation and implementation of the policy. The written statement is also published below.
