The Committee took evidence from NHS Grampian, Highland Council, North Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership and Dame Denise Coia, followed by Paul Gray and Donna Bell from the Scottish Government, followed by the Auditor General for Scotland and Audit Scotland.
The Committee agreed to provide a summary of the key themes arising from its scrutiny of the report to relevant subject committees and the Public Petitions Committee.
