This Scottish Government Bill was introduced by the Cabinet Secretary for Communities, Social Security and Equalities, Angela Constance MSP, on 4 September 2017.
The Finance and Constitution Committee has issued a call for evidence inviting written submissions on the estimated financial implications of the Bill as set out in its accompanying Financial Memorandum (FM).
