Background
In 2010 the Transport, Infrastructure and Climate Change (TICC) Committee undertook scrutiny of the Forth Crossing Bill as a secondary Committee. As the TICC successor committee, the Infrastructure and Capital Investment (ICI) Committee continued to monitor the progress of the Forth Replacement Crossing (FRC) Project as it developed.
