This Scottish Government Bill was introduced by the Cabinet Secretary for Communities, Social Security and Equalities, Angela Constance MSP, on 9 February 2017. Royal Assent on 18 December 2017.
The Presiding Officer has decided under Rule 9.12.2 of Standing Orders that a financial resolution is not required for this Bill.
