Question
To ask the Scottish Government, in light of its commitment to deliver 30mbps superfast broadband to every household by 2021, whether it will publish a plan outlining when broadband upgrades will be delivered for each area/house and, if so, by what date.
Answer
Procurement for the Reaching 100% (R100) programme will be launched shortly and is expected to last around 12 months. Once this procurement is complete and contracts have been signed, we will confirm plans for the initial phase of deployment.
