That the Parliament notes what it sees as the positive role that faith-based organisations can have on their communities; acknowledges that the COVID-19 pandemic continues to have a profound impact on Scotland, particularly in already vulnerable groups; commends the efforts of St. Mark’s Parish Church in organising volunteers and support for families in the Raploch and Cornton areas; notes that over £2,000 in supermarket vouchers have already been distributed to families and that there are plans for over 100 craft packs to also be issued; praises the work of other partner organisations for providing during times of hardship, notably the Salvation Army and Start Up Stirling, and commends the efforts of volunteers in supporting their communities through the pandemic.
