Colin Lyall Awarded North East Chef of the Year 2019

That the Parliament congratulates Colin Lyall of Banchory’s Tor Na Coille Hotel on winning the Chef of the Year award at the North East of Scotland Chef and Restaurant of the Year 2019 Awards; recognises that Colin makes a conscious effort to use locally-sourced produce in his dishes, and was praised by industry expert judges, with all scores exceeding 90%; understands that the awards are the largest regional cookery competition in Scotland, and that Colin had come second in the previous two years, and wishes him all the best in his cooking career.
