That the Parliament congratulates the staff at the Old Royal Station, Ballater, on it being nominated in the Community Benefit and Tourism and Leisure categories at the prestigious Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Awards; applauds the efforts made by the community, council and partners to restore the building to its former prestige, following a fire in 2015; acknowledges that the restored building, which respects the station's history and heritage, includes a tourist information centre, restaurant, tearoom and public library; recognises what it sees as the positive impact that it is having on tourism for the village and its neighbouring communities; thanks everyone who has taken part in the restoration project and all involved with the daily running of the station, and wishes it the best of luck at the awards ceremony.
