Question
To ask the Scottish Government when the new first-time buyer scheme will be launched.
Answer
The First Home Fund will launch on 18 December 2019. This is a new £150 million national pilot scheme that will provide first-time buyers with up to £25,000 towards the purchase of a property. It will run until March 2021 helping at least 6,000 people buy a home.
