Question

To ask the Scottish Government whether Sustrans Scotland applies the Fairer Scotland Duty when administering the Places for Everyone programme, which is funded by Transport Scotland.

Sustrans Scotland does apply the Fairer Scotland Duty as required by Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010. Specific to the Places for Everyone programme, all applications are assessed on the impact that the project will have on the top 15% most deprived areas of Scotland.
