Question
To ask the Scottish Executive how many people have been fined for non-attendance when called for jury duty in each of the last three years.
Answer
This information is not held centrally, however Scottish Court Service is aware of two potential jurors being fined for non-attendance at Stonehaven Sheriff Court in November 2006.
