Under agenda item 4, I seek members' agreement to take consideration of the Scottish parliamentary standards commissioner's report in private. The reason for doing so is to ensure the privacy of any future investigation into the complaint. As a result, we must ensure that we conduct this first part in private. Do members agree to take item 5 in private?
