Parliamentary Bureau Motions

The next item is consideration of five Parliamentary Bureau motions. I ask Graeme Dey to move S5M-19318, on the office of the clerk, S5M-19319, on the designation of a lead committee, and S5M-19320, S5M-19321 and S5M-19322, on approval of Scottish statutory instruments.

Motions moved,

That the Parliament agrees that the Office of the Clerk be closed on Friday 27, Monday 30 and Tuesday 31 December 2019.

That the Parliament agrees that the Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform Committee be designated as the lead committee in consideration of the Animals and Wildlife (Penalties, Protections and Powers) (Scotland) Bill at stage 1.

That the Parliament agrees that the Environmental Protection Act 1990 Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2019 [draft] be approved.

That the Parliament agrees that the Provision of Early Learning and Childcare (Specified Children) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2019 [draft] be approved.

That the Parliament agrees that the Tenancy Deposit Schemes (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2019 [draft] be approved.—[Graeme Dey]
