That the Parliament applauds the contribution of Joe Paterson in his role as chairperson at Fife Day Care Services; understands that Joe first became involved with the organisation almost 40 years ago; recognises what it sees as his hard work and dedication over the years to the board and organisation, and wishes Joe all the best in his retirement.
