That the Parliament congratulates Les Montgomery on being appointed a CBE in the 2022 Queen’s New Year's Honours; acknowledges that Les, as former chief executive of Highland Spring, which it considers focused on healthy hydration for all, has received his award for services to the water industry, the environment and overseas aid, and commends Les on his tireless endeavours.
