That the Parliament congratulates Duncan Scott on being appointed an MBE in the 2022 Queen’s New Year's Honours; understands that Duncan received his MBE for services to swimming, and commends him on his focus, hard work and dedication, as well as his sterling commitment and inspirational contribution to the sport of swimming.
