Musselburgh Athletic FC Launches Fundraising Campaign to Support Young Cancer Patients

That the Parliament congratulates Musselburgh Athletic FC on the launch of its fundraising campaign to support young cancer patients; understands that this is a three-year partnership with the charity, Young Lives vs Cancer, which supports children, young people and their families; recognises that the recent event, which was a fixture between Musselburgh Athletic FC and rivals Newtongrange Star FC, raised more than £10,000; understands that the club is planning a number of future events to generate funds for the charity, which it understands helped 17 families affected by cancer in East Lothian last year; commends Musselburgh Athletic FC for its efforts, and wishes everyone involved all the best with their fundraising campaign.
