That the Parliament congratulates Caitlyn Heggie, a Ross County Athletics Club athlete, for winning the women’s River Ness 5k race in Inverness; notes the Dingwall Academy pupil achieved a time of 18 minutes and 37 seconds, a personal career best, managing to win the race for the first time, and wishes her luck in her season ahead.
