That the Parliament congratulates The Fox and Willow, in Ayr, on winning Restaurant of the Year at the Scottish Beer and Pubs Awards 2021; recognises the staff who have worked tirelessly throughout the challenges of the past year to achieve this; recognises the innovative approach to adapt to the pandemic by introducing “dining domes”; commends the high standards that the Ayr restaurant has set, and wishes it and all its staff every success for the future.
