That the Parliament congratulates Crisis, an Erskine-based charity founded by Jean Cumming, on celebrating its 25th anniversary; understands that its early intervention counselling service has provided face-to-face person-centred support for more than 40,000 people across west and central Scotland over the years, including help for individuals affected by domestic violence, self-harm, addictions, trauma and loss; appreciates the vital remote support for 2,337 clients delivered by 65 therapists during the COVID-19 pandemic, and wishes the organisation well for the years ahead as it continues aiding people towards better mental health and recovery.
