That the Parliament congratulates Angus MacColl, who is from Benderloch, on winning the 55th Silver Chanter competition with his rendition of Lament for Mary MacLeod; notes that this event was established in 1967 by Dame Flora MacLeod, and commends Angus on his prestigious success.
