That the Parliament recognises Love Lamb Week 2021, which will take place for the seventh year from 1 to 7 of September; understands that Love Lamb Week is an industry-wide initiative that started in 2015 to promote and highlight the passion and dedication that farmers give to produce high-quality lamb; recognises that this year's focus is on the sustainability of UK sheep production and the role that it plays in maintaining the country's unique landscape; commends Love Lamb Week for celebrating farmers, chefs, butchers and supermarkets, which are all crucial in producing a high-quality Scottish product, and recognises the scale of the event, which celebrates a crucial part of rural livelihoods in the Borders and Scotland.
