Timur Unal of Brodick Bar Wins National Farmers Union Mutual’s Inspirational Young Person Award

That the Parliament congratulates Timur Unal, head chef at the Brodick Bar & Brasserie, on winning the National Farmers Union Mutual’s Inspirational Young Person Award 2021; understands that this award is open to all students, employees, partners or owners of businesses in Scotland aged between 16 and 26 working within the food and drink industry; is aware that Timur lives locally in Lamlash and, despite only being 19 years of age, has already been described by his colleagues as an inspiration who has transformed the quality of food at the restaurant; recognises that this is a significant and exciting time for everyone at Brodick Bar & Brasserie, and wishes Timur and everyone at Brodick Bar & Brasserie continued success in their future endeavours.
