That the Parliament congratulates Ian Finlayson, who is from Banchory, on his commitment to Deeside Rugby Club over the last 20 years, including in his role as its President since 2013; acknowledges his involvement with moving the club to its new ground at Woodend Barn, which has contributed to expanding the number of its teams and members and the reintroduction of girls' rugby at the club, and congratulates Ian on his final accomplishment as President with the construction and completion of the club house, which was opened by The Princess Royal on 1 September 2021.
